The closest international airport is near Porto Seguro, about 2 hours drive from Caravelas. From here get the BR 367 up to Eunàpolis and then the BR 101 towards Vitòria. Almost in Teixeira de Freitas turn left on the BR 418.
Caravelas can be reached also by bus: it takes longer but passengers can better enjoy the stunning landscape getting through typical rural villages.
It is also daily linked to the capital Salvador ( Bahia), but it takes one more night on the bus. The hotel arranges on request shuttle buses between Porto Seguro and Caravelas.
